Day 18 of 19 – 10k steps daily 

Yes!!! Just one more day! It has become easier to walk and I have gained some strength in my right leg over the last 18 days!

Physio is now once a week! I had my last Occupational therapist appointment today!

I still have to do my exercises daily on my own.

If you have any good habit you want to adopt, just do it. Get help from friends and family! It’s not as hard as you imagine!

It’s not so easy too, but with accountability partners, you can do it!
