Today was a little harder than usual. I had a nap at about 6pm. When I got up at about 7:15 pm, I did not feel like going out. Every muscle in me wanted to rest. At that time I had just a little below 4000 steps.
I am glad I got up and went for my regular walk. As soon as I got out, I was glad to be on the road.
It’s such a good time for prayers and meditation.
50 minutes later, my 10k step is done!

Thanks for the support everyone. I can feel the muscles in my legs responding to exercise and prayers.
I think I am walking better and my legs don’t get as tired.
I am also getting my strength back. I don’t as tired as I would get after few hours of activity.
